Having trouble getting rid of Malware or Virus ? windows 7 MS essentia

Noticed the PC not running normal , so i ran my paid version of Malwarebytes
and it had shown me 3 pups. optional Arcadefrontier folders and 1 file of the same.
those were selected , then fixed.
Nothing detected running MS essentials .
I downloaded latest Ccleaner and it found thousands of 'stuff' to clean... so i did.
Logged off , restarted PC , opened MSN homepage , closed , opened Mwbytes and did another scan.
This time it detected 3 folders and 2 files of the same this time.
Any suggestions going forward would be appreciated.
i guess i should add the folders and files are in C; users , donny , Appdata , loc...

looks like i may have found the culprit ? epplauncher.mif , either way i don't know how to get rid of it.
