    Teamviewer breach??

Many folks on other forums reporting their systems compromised via access with Teamviewer...

Many claim were using good passwords, implying a possible breach of TV account user password database....

For those that use this, I'd empty your account password database and remove the service from assorted systems until this is ironed out!

On top of a possible database breach, there is also a fake adobe flash update containing a hostile teamviewer patch/payload piece of malware out there as well....BEWARE!

There have been many reports where teamviewer has been used by Thieves in the past, to access the systems of unsuspecting users that actually allow this access after a phone call that purports to be from Microsoft or other respected organisation stating that the is some issue with the PC and they offer to use TeamViewer to fix it.

there is also the possibility that the use of the same passwords for multiple sites could be the reason for this ... The following is Teamviewer's view on the reports ...

The site is up so not sure who is telling the truth
