Windows 7: Bitlocker error, Event 24620

Bitlocker error, Event 24620

Every time I plug in one of my 4 USB V 2.0 or 3.0 USB thumb drives I get an error in the event log. Thumb drives are formatted NTSF. Error says Encrypted volume check: Volume information cannot be read. The event code is 24620. This doesn't cause me any problem and for some reason it doesn't happen when I plug in external Toshiba drive for backup. I view the event log often just to see what is going on and have ignored this for at least a year. I do not have Bitlocker enabled. Any clue why this happens? Windows 7 Ultimate with all current updates.

I noticed this in my event viewer and I have not ever used BitLocker on any drive. No other error showed just this in the event viewer. I HAVE recently installed Acronis True Home Image 2011. Should I just ignore this? Also should mention this only happens on bootup and not every time
