okay i readed some antivirus sites, f-secure and more and found a Windows update virus!!!! All windows computers is in danger.. Is it safe to update with Windows updater?

Hi all.. After a recent update, I found that 3 of my PCs running Windows 7 had Avira reporting a virus ( C:\Users\User\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\cmd.exe) One of them , I also caught it being reported WHILE the update was being installed. isn't this weird??
