My windows 7 PC messed up with Viruses, yesterday I connected a USB drive to my computer which was infected by viruses and much more. The USB was full of viruses ruined my windows 7 computer, now I am experiencing with slow PC performance and Browser and other program opening very slow. What should I do to recover from this situation.
IF possible, go to download some free antivirus.

My friend did had such issue, and after running the superantivirus, return to normal.
If you can run all our scans and post results PCHF System Scans these will remove anything left and reset a lot of things and report problems
Once you have confirmed an infection on a system, the ONLY proven way of getting it again to a trusted state is to rebuild it from scratch, that is, reinstall Windows from a known safe media. Make sure to backup your important data beforehand with the help of an external operating system.
As they say, If a bad guy can persuade you to run his program on your computer, it's not solely your computer anymore

Are scans should clear anything or give us the information go remove it and report any problems
If you have a system image from a period when you were not infected, now would be a good time to do so. You can try and remove malware/viruses, but personally, I keep numerous images in the event that should something like this happen (which hasn't in many years) I would simply nuke the system and return to a time when all was well
