    Virus

I've got a virus called Wondershare. It is in C\Program Files\Common Files and I can't delete it because it says it is open in another program. How can I get rid of it?

    Hello,

Reboot into Safe Mode then remove it from Programs.
    Safe Mode

To remove manually from Registry Editor: REGEDIT

    1. Go into registry editor.
    2. Collapse all the files.
    3. Go under "edit" and hit "find" - type in Wondershare and it will call up instances of the file (one by one).
    4. You have to delete them manually.
    5. Hit F3 to find the next instance of the file until you go through the entire registry.
There may be as many as 30 different registry keys with the Wondershare on it.

Note: If your not familiar with using Registry Editor, I would not recommend this step.
