How To Set Password To A Folder

How will i set a password to a folder which works in all computers??
I want to give my usb to my friend but i don't want him to have access to some folders, how will i do that when he will try to open it an icon which want password to pop up???

Windows 7 32 bit Pro

Why not just have your friend give you an empty USB Drive and then copy whatever folders he wants to that empty drive? Honestly, that would be the easiest/most secure way of doing what it is that you're wanting to do.

Simple way is to put any files in a password protected rar or zip file
