    Hi,
Click Start and type in the search box
    uninstall a program
Click on the suggestion or hit the enter key
On the top right next to the question mark symbol switch the page view to list
All existing programs will be listed in one page
Use the snipping tool to take a screen shot and upload it here.

Use the links above my signature on how to take and upload screen shots here if you need help with that.

    Hi
Click Start and type in the search box
    task scheduler
    Hit the enter key....

On the left column expand the task scheduler library with the little triangle on the left of it,
See if there are any bit defender tasks.
Could of came with any number of downloads you've used in the past.
When did all of this start exactly and what was the last several downloads you have done before the issue started ?

    Hi Alex,
    can you go
    Computer >> C >> program files/program files X86, any BitDefender entries,
    especially these 2 known malware
    c:\Program Files\BitDefender 2011
    c:\Program Files\BitDefender 2011\bitdefender.exe

    BitDef logs
    go to
    c > windows > bitDef >> logs >> gdzXXXX

    NOT
    C > windows > temp

    please run AdwCleaner, post results

    Hi Alex,
as with all Adware cleaners, its possible that it deletes items that you use, but are classified as
    Potentially unwanted programs.

Check if you want anything referenced to be reinstalled.

There are some really strange entries.

Reboot once ADWcleaner has deleted the entries.

Report back if that pop-up re-appears
