You need to first get your OS clean.
    You also have this thread/problem:
    Kb3182203?
I don't see the new thread you mentioned.

If you have changed AV products without using the AV uninstaller there could be remnants left causing your problems.

    Hi,

You have Panda AV Console and PDMon.exe, running besides MBAM.....strange how you get the option of a custom install on the free version.

    Thanks.

    Hi DavidE,

Are the sfc scan errors fixable or need a clean install, in your expert opinion?

    Thanks.

    You're welcome.
I don't know if/how to fix the SFC errors, i'm not that good
There are some really good folks here that might be able to help fix them.
Maybe they will see your threads and logs and offer help with a fix !

fwiw, i use these AV products without problems
    Win 7 - Avast free
    Win 8.1 - Avira free
Win 10 (RTM) - Panda free
Win 10 (insider) - Windows Defender

    Hi,
Not really sure it's a custom install of panda it is just reading and unchecking the 3 items that have nothing to do with av
One I'm sure was panda toolbar the other two options escape me what they were ?

Not a whole lot different than avast installer offers except panda has fewer crapware added than avast does seeing both download redirect to cnet pup factory of crapware bundling

    Thanks for replying. :)

I'm amazed, but maybe not cause your W7 install must be perfect , that you can install Avast Free without an action center message.

I donno why I can't install an error free W7........

I do uncheck the 3 options on start of a Panda install, (set as home page, URL, etc), but still get 3 services running vs yours.....

    Hi,
Yea I'm not sure how many processes there are or supposed to be for panda or why you had difficulty with installing it
I wouldn't say my installs are in any way perfect all updates did come from microsoft
