2 Users Not Listed, How Do I Edit The Accounts?

I am preparing an old laptop for a new employee. When I log in as administrator I see 4 users in the control panel. I can log in as a fifth user that isn't listed whose username matches the computer name. When I go to C/Users/ I see folders for the fifth user that I can log in as and a sixth that also isn't listed in the control panel. Also, in C/Users/ I don't see every user that is listed in the control panel.

I need to remove all users except administrator and the new employee as well as clean up the computer of all old, unused files and programs. How can I trim down the users to just the two that are needed, including the ones that aren't listed?

they both have folders in C/Users, but neither shows up in the control panel. I have logged in as one multiple times now and it still isn't showing up in the control panels. It does have a folder in C/Users though.

It's been along time since i have deleted a user in Windows but i'm pretty sure that it does not delete the user's folder, Have you deleted the users name's that you see now some time in the past

Makes sense. What about the login I can use that doesn't show up as a user in the control panel?

I just realized when I log in as person A, once I am in I can look at the Start menu and it lists me as person B. Is there some sort of 'alternate username' or something?
