    A possible serious virus

On january 20 or 21 i needed to import an 3D model onto blender but it needed another program called 3DS Max, so i went on internet to download it from official autodesk site. After i had started installing i noticed that it takes extremely long to download, so i went onto internet to see what could've caused the problem. Someone recommended me to turn off firewall to see if that helps, so i obviously did that. After that the program still wouldn't download and so i tought that i should go to sleep because it was 1 or 2 at night. The next day i started to experience several connection problems "identifying.... no internet access" problem. I began looking for solution and then it struck me that i could've forgotten to turn firewall back on. So i quickly went to turn it on but to my suprise when i clicked the firewall icon it would do nothing. So i tried to turn it on trough control panel, when clicking firewall it just froze the entire control panel UI and i was forced to stop the process trough task manager. I tried to look trough services but everything seemed to be ok. After that i tried system restore but there was no restore points... So i began havin toughts about Factory reset but since my Samsung RV510 laptop requires a cd that i do not have then well that option was scratched off the list. I tried to see if firewall can be turned on in safe mode but only firewall with advanced security showed up. Tried that but got a error code. I ran security essentials scan to see if it detects something but no. Then i went over to sfc /scannow but that gave me the "Windows resource protection could not start the repair service" Then i was completely starting to give up and sudden delete system32 ideas to end the poor thing started to appear in my mind. I got a connection to internet for a small amount of time and was fast enough to quickly download Malwarebytes which detected around 68-70 PUP files which i afterwards removed trough Quarantine. I ran the scan few timed again and it did not detect any other threat. As soon as i tought that i am reunited with my old friend the problem was still not fixed. No connection or firewall. This "infection" is seriously making me to end the ol pal Samsung RV510 but i cannot do it because surely there are people here that has or can fix this problem
Anyways a reply would be extremly appreciated

I saw from the Tips that i should use the Windows repair tool. I chose to repair Firewall, Repair network, Remove policies set by infection and Repair MSI

It has been over 14 min and it seems to be stuck at Repair jobs: 1/4 is it a problem or to i just have to wait insanely long time?
