MSE not automatically updating after CCleaner scan

My MSE was updating the defs without having to manually download and install. This past Sunday I ran CCleaner. After that, MSE stopped updating automatically. I can still get the def updates by manually doing it, I just wanted to know if running the CCleaner had anything to do with it.

If you let ccleaner backup you can ro;; it back in ccleaner and see if it then work

Updating CCleaner
I run windows 7 64 bits and use CCleaner. I'm having difficulty up dating CCleaner to the new version, 5,05.5176. I follow all steps to update, as stated by Priform but the updated version will not Download. I use Firefox, latest version, need assistance. :(

I upgraded to the latest version of CCleaner today (4.05) and upon running the Analyze button, its picking up 5 gigabytes of junk files...
