is this malware trojan or safe or a hijack?

when i start my windows 7 64bit a popup always start on boot up on main desktop screem it reads a tool in developing services for windows nt

verified publisher microsoft windows

program location c:\windows\system32\sc-exe start sbies vc

checked it for virifeid signiture and it showing it safe i dont know if its part of sandboxie which i have preminum also i dont know if this is a trojan virus malware or hijack please help

No problem seems the fix is to update sandboxie ?

Hi, @Callender might have some insight on the issue but I suppose sandboxie forum or support would be the best place to ask ?

That should read: c:\windows\system32\sc.exe start sbiesvc

It's just the sandboxie service auto-starting.

You could try setting UAC to default if you've put it on MAX.
