are these files malware trojan adware??

hi i did some online research into malware finding now

4 files

there all the same i named two files with the bbb extension windows doesnt seem to be effected on google said it was adware i really dont know if it safe to delete the files as some forums says mixed words and letter malware trojans usually hide behind them??
