Windows 7: Runas firewall rule

Runas firewall rule

 @echo off @echo off
runas /user:administrador "netsh advfirewall firewall set rule name=ABC 1 new enable=yes"
Code work, but dont activate the rule

 @echo off @echo off
runas /user:administrador netsh advfirewall firewall set rule name="ABC 1" new enable=yes
Dont work, because need "" in all code

Im trying run a bat with this code above as admin, but when i execute, it without "" in abc 1 the rule dont get activated, and when i execute using double "" it dont work.
