My take, Fake/Scam. Do not click on any link in that message.

The first give away is your roadrunner account is not a "Microsoft" account.

Looks Legit. You just signed in using a different IP#. I get those every time I swap VPN location. Microsoft link in the OP is Verified.

EDIT: Sorry, forgot to say just ignore it

Bat 1, a "Roadrunner" e-mail account is NOT a Microsoft Account. Roadrunner, in the user and my case is the e-mail service that our cable company (was Brighthouse and now is Spectrum) provided.

Not going to take the time to snip and post results from what I get using the different browsers, Gmail with IE, Live with Chrome, etc. or explaining linked accounts.

If the OP see an email he's not sure is Genuine then He shouldn't have opened it in the first place.

This is what an actual notice of suspicious account activity from Microsoft looks like. Note the use of the Hotmail/Outlook address, not my home email address (or roadrunner address in the case of the OP)

The OP's "message" from "Microsoft" was bogus. Good forgery though.
