HELP. I have unremoveable Virus.

I have a virus on my lap top "Trojan.Java.Agent.I" , I have looked every where on the internet to find a way of removing the virus manually with no success.

I run "StopZilla" and Malwarebytes" which have both detected the virus but have not removed the aforementioned virus.

Any ideas on how to remove this pain in the butt.

Thank You

An additional thing you can try is Windows Defender Offline. WDO (Windows Defender Offline) takes a different approach than most of the other anti-virus programs -- it loads and then scans your hard drive before Windows has a chance to load, thereby blocking anything which is buried deep in Windows from interfering with the scanning process.

Go to the website at the link I put above, create the 32-bit or 64-bit CD (depending on which type of Windows you have), make sure your computer can boot from a CD, then reboot with the CD in the drive.

Be patient -- WDO is a slow process. But it can fix things when nothing else will.
