Problem with computer dosn't regonise USB Flash drive, Bitlocker

PC has bitlocker on and USB Flash drive is key to open it.
Problem is PC dosn't regonise USB Flash drive, I tried to use other USB port's also, but same end result.
When I plug Flash drive on it gets short light so it gets power from pc, but big red light in Flash drive dosn't go on so its not connected, so I know something is wrong.
Flash drive works fine, tested on other computer. So problem is what do I have to do to get it fixed.

I think I put PC to hibernate so, can I get it to shut down somehow?

If you ask why dont I use backup code. It also has a problem which is. It's locked and I forgot what's the password.

EDIT: I got fixed by connecting my HDD to another PC and I was able to unlock its bitlocker so I could shutdown it. Now everything works fine. I think I should only shut down PC not hibernate.
