    BitLocker drive encryption; error 0xc000003a

I have external drive that I encrypted, it was working ok but suddenly appeared a pop up window saying that I need to format the disk. I disconnect the disk and connect it again, but now a window pop up appears that says: "A recovery disk F: A recovery key was not found on this drive. The drive cannot be unlocked"
I did run the command prompt based on some recomendation from some post of this forum, the command I tried was:

    First I tried:
    manage-bde -unlock E: -password
..... but the result is telling me that password failed.
    Second I tried:
manage-bde -unlock E: -rp BitLocker Recovery Key
    .... same result: failed.
    Then I tried the next:
    repair-bde F: E: -rp BitLockerRecoveryKey -F
...... I'm having the result attached on the command prompt.
I appreciate your time and any help you can provide me.
    Thanks for the help.
I do have my password and my recovery key.
