Installer is for installing, system is Windows it's self admin is the group your a member of that gives you rights the last one with numbers means the name has been removed and now just a number but still has rights. When you login as Fred the PC sees you as a number but uses Fred so you understand

    Hi,
Could be the default guest account ?

Then again it could also be a home group account "another machine" that at one time you may have used but not anymore and the system has it logged as unknown now.

    Hi Guys
Im not on Home Group. Im a stand alone PC. No one else has used my PC. I have Upgraded from Vista to Windows 7 a couple of months ago. Could it be that ?

Doesnt seem to be doing any harm..dare I say it.. My PC is running a treat :)

And I dont have any other "Proper" User Acccounts on here just my one??

    Deane,

That Unknown Account is perfectly fine. To verify for you, I found this link. Scroll down to dax1792's post where it says:

S-1-15-2-1 appears to be a new Well-Known SID which is used by Windows 8 with Windows Store Applications.

Windows 7 doesn't know anything about this, so it's being shown as unknown. This may be an oversight by Microsoft in the way they have deployed Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7.

This answer is provided “as-is.” You bear the risk of using it.
I had another link that pointed out the account is created when IE is updated/upgraded, but I seem to have lost it. This makes sense said I believe you mentioned this is fresh install so if IE has been updated/upgraded in the past 3/4 weeks the account would have been created for that purpose.
