sudden message saying PC is infected with viruses

Upon searching the internet and at some site I suddenly might get a message that I have got X amount of viruses which have infected my computer and it looks some thing like this .... our Windows Computer is Infected With (4) Viruses!

    19 October 2017
Your device is infected with (4) Viruses. The pre-scan found possible traces of (3) malware and (1) phishing/spyware. Your system is at risk of irreversible damage - Immediate removal advised!

Scanning and cleaning is advised to prevent further system damage, loss of personal data, photos and passwords.

Traces of (1) Phishing/Spyware has been found on your computer. Personal and banking information may at risk.

    0 minutes and 47 seconds
And then it will redirect you to their site and of course want you to pay to remove the problems. The site is called Ip.masterpccleaner.com I ran a check with my own anti virus software and found nothing ! Are these just bullshiting me to try to get a sale of their product ? Thats my guess anyway but probably worth posting it here so others might get benefit from it .

That's scamware, it's relatively easy to get away with it without infections on android (Just close the tab). If you're on windows, close from the tab then scan using the best adware cleaners.

Yeah but I bet they freak a few people out and they buy the software ! And I must say it does make you curious as nobody wants viruses on their PC.
