    Thanks Hackerman,
I saw that. Needed 2 aspirin and a bottle of brandy.
Figured out that a "user account" is you not being the administrator. So you cant download/install malware unbeknowns.
MSE Yep, (v2-beta is the version), EAM-full, I'll come to that later. 3 A/V's without real-time protection (accounted for the first aspirin), Avira-free, Avast free, and MBAM (2nd aspirin) -free (Sound like 3 anti-virus programs - no can't be - I'll come back to that much later!).
SANDBOXIE (I knew that a seven guru had marshal arts somewhere. Returnil (I'll return to that later), online-armour premium, (You've told me that one before and i've downloaded it to install after I've done all the homework you've set me)
Now comes WinPatrol-PLUS etc etc and the first 3 slugs of Napoleon!!
A working "main CPU", implies that there is another nonworking CPU which you can switch on if your working one gets drunk or infected. "2 optical input devices"
Hey I've got 5 of those if we are talking dvd thingies. one Bluray writer/rewriter lightscribe, Set to region USA
    Ditto set to Europe
    Ditto to ASIA
    2 more to europe.
What do they all do, and are they all on your computer at the same time.
Looking foreward to your reply after I sober up, and go trawling through the net.

    I've got TRUE IMAGE.
Anything goes wrong I just put on a known safe image. takes all of 3 minutes.
I've got a hard drive (not in the PC) which is a C-drive , so I can simply swap, (virtually a clone of the one in the PC)
Ive got 6 other hard drives in the pc, which contains EVERYTHING except the OS and Installed programs which are on the C-drive.(AND NOTHING on the c-drive other than the OS and Installed Programs)
And I have Backups of these hard drives as well.
