    Thanks Snick for responding.
The error message has ESET Internet Security in the upper left corner.
So I think it is caused by the ESET Company.
The message window just stays there and a counter runs.
I am baffled. Thought I had all kinds of security precautions set.
I have Windows update turned off.

AS SIW2 stated, No it is not an ESET Smart Security program.
Excellent free Malware, Adware, & PUP scanners, run them and see what they say.

I ran all those programs and they found nothing.
I uninstalled Malwarebytes and reinstalled it. Then it found 7 items and quarantined
6 of them. Nothing to do with webunstop that I could see.
I think the ESET message had something to do with notifications which I closed
    and disabled them.
The ESET message is now gone. I have no idea if it will come back.
To my knowledge I didn't find or uninstall Webunstop.
