What to do with Avast results?

Hi! I am new to using Avast. I'd like some advice about what to do about results I get after the scans. Here is a list of the items it found, with my comments on them - on the recent scan I did:

    PC health Problems list:
Your registry may be visible to others
Your folder "Users" may be visible to others
Your folder (a network sharing name I used to have - I no longer use network sharing in our home) may be visible to others. But I don't see it anywhere, and don't know how to find it as I don't see it in Network Sharing folder.
Your folder "Audacity" may be visible to others.

    Programs slowing down your PC:
Digital TV tuner device registration application: I have no idea what this is and can't find it either. I never watch TV. Though I do listen to lots of music in YouTube. Windows Media Center Store update manager. I don't know how to turn that off. I never download music. I have VLC player on my computer too. AMD catalyst manager. I won't bother mention the smaller items which may be things I need, anyhow, such as IDT audio, as good sound matters to me.

Comment: I don't know how to do that. Can you explain more to me about how to do all of this? Where do I go in my computer to do this? I see no options for it under the Users folder in Control Panel, that I understand, anyhow. Other than what my username is and that I am set as an administrator.
