Browsing in Sandboxie

I read quite often lately about users (like F22 Simpilot) using this technique while browsing the internet. So instead of hijacking someone else's thread, I decided to open this thread to ask a few questions about the proper way to browse in the sandbox.

Can someone post a short step by step guide for this please?
And how about new applications and programs, do you guys install them in the sandboxie as well?

Now for those that use Chrome as their browser of choice, it appears that Google does sandbox automatically Chrome (see the video below)

Do you think this is sufficient? Or should we install Sandboxie?

How can I get Sandboxie installed on a 64-bit system? I do not have the trouble with driver signing as I have DSEO which overrides that. The problem is the installer won't run on a 64-bit system (it explains the error message). Does anyone know how to or a substitute program?
