How do i check all browser history even if it had been deleted?

How do you check all browser history even if it had been deleted?.I believe it's called loggs or something and i also believe it can be accessed via the command line.I have asked this question in many place on the internet but no one answered it fully. They either tell me to download a software for this particular purpose or tell me to type ipconfig/configdns or whatever(this only shows you a little detail).

My friend (i believe) know's this information but doesnt want to share it with me(he is a computer expert).I once caught him trying to check the history but he stoped when i looked at him.He typed in 'logmk..' in the cmd.I dont know, but maybe he was kidding with me.

    Anyway guys please help me

    Hi

    just my 2 cents
its stored in ths DNS cache, thats cleared by the FlushDNS command, and recalled using DisplayDNS.
note data is not deleted it has an indicater placed at the front usually the ? (ignore), and only overwritten when space is required HDD (spinner) ONLY. SSD's are different

There might be another way - have a look in your Router logs.

I've run into a problem, using I.E.11, I use Flickr quite a lot, recently it's stalled and I get a message from Flickr telling me I'm using an unsupported browser, it also asked me to check my Browsing settings and Caches/Databases. Looking at my Cache/Database I find a Doubleclick.net ticked under File Storage 0 mb and data storage 1 mb. Should I un-tick Doubleclick.net? Thanks for any help.

Man, today I found out just how much Google tracks us. That rabbit hole goes quite deep. If you have a Google sign in I'd start looking in the account activities section. Knocked my socks off reading through it.
