I tried 10 but not a fan could I possibly drop back to 7 I have a paid version of Norton and I use firefox an chrome I just prefer 7 over 10

How exactly did you go from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and how long ago was it?
If your computer is a factory-brand one and not a self-built one, advise us what brand name and model name and model number and serial number it is.

Did you do a full disk image of Win7 to an external hard drive before you upgraded to Win 10?
What don't you like about Win 10?
