Need AV AM AS package, license not dependent upon internet connection

Need AV AM AS package, license not dependent upon internet connection

After a few of my current licenses run out, I will need AV AM AS package or two, in which neither their respective licenses nor Operations are dependent upon internet connection for license validation and for operations ability.

Example: Emsisoft AM/AV requires internet connection to license-validate or it is severerly crippled as to operations. BillP Studio's WinAntiRansomware & WinPrivacy/Firewall somehow gets dorked up if no internet connection.

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.x appears not to require internet connection to do scans and keep the protections on (of course no updating can happen with no 'net). BillP Studio's WinPatrol, "Scotty", does not require internet connection. Both Malwarebytes AM and "Scotty" have their respective licenses built-into the software somewhere, hence I call such "self-license-validating".

My question to you all: What other programs do you have and are using that have their licenses built-in and do not need internet connection to keep protections on, to keep operations ability?

Another reason for asking: some time ago I really wanted, needed, to scan for viri or malware, and Emsisoft was not available because the internet connection was not available. A few times, neither WinPrivacy/Firewall nor WinAntiRansomware worked because of no internet connection.

I have this thread in both bleepingcomputer and sevenforums because of totally different audiences & techs.

Let me add this: When the internet connection is non-existent but not evident until BIOS has booted and Windows has loaded -- for me, both invoking internet connectivity fixits (utilities) and running AM AV scans during troubleshooting would prudent things to do. Often happening or not -- if a virus or malware "knows" AV AM can be crippled by killing internet connectivity, either during a session or "upon next powerup/startup" -- such puts users at a disadvantage.
