    Hack||Malware and Really would like to Restore Windows 7 Properly Help


    Hi there,

    I really need some help to get my system back on track...
    I think I got it hacked by some malware, anyway it doesn't work as well as it did

    Among the many bugs I get is a sound glitch - and I like to make music with my computer :'( - but I have other issues also, like visuals one sometimes...
    I'm sure I got something on the internet because I used to unplug internet when using Windows 7 - I use Linux also to work and program among other things...

    Anyway I need it to stream sometimes and I'd love it to work properly...
    Also I may need some firewall and/or antivirus maybe??
    I did it before when I used it online but I have lost the habit of using that kind of software...

    Can someone help me find a way or maybe diagnose what's going on?

    Thank you so much it would save my life and prevent me for reinstalling so much softwares and drivers.

    Down load the 64 bit version of this test tool it produces " files post both so we can see the problems Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Hello! Does a system restore disc or USB removes malware or any viruses? Thank you
My sister's computer is an HP Pavilion dv5t-2200 notebook PC running its native OS, Windows 7 Home Premium x64. In the last 24 hours, Avast found and attempted to remove some sort of malware. After the reboot, it recommended a full scan. After the scan was completed, the computer rebooted again....
I know some malware will embed themselves into restore points, but generally can going back to a system restore point that you know is clean remove malware? Sometimes it can be faster to revert back to a system restore point than run a quick scan with mbam.
