    The “App Ads.fiancetrack(2).dll” page is a browser-based scam


    The fake alert popped up & of course I did not click on anything or call. I just powered down my w-7 PC

    I did not use start task manager to close the window.

    I did a 8 hour full scan with MS Security Essentials, no trojan was found. Everything is ok now. I scanned my PC before with MS SE and it has found trojans in the past.

    Safe to say I don't need yet another scan like malbytes?

Is it a way on internet explorer, Maxthon browser and Firefox to put a command next to 'iexplore.exe' inside a shortcut that will start a specific web page during startup of the browser? This way the start page won't go away from a new installed application.

I have FF 17. The mouse is freezing in facebook & I find the only escape to release the browser is reboot. The same FB page works fine in internet explorer.

hi guys the problem is when i open my browser instead of opening up the page minimizes in the top left hand corner and then i have to maximize anybody any ideas thanks for any replies:D
