Should I Reinstall Windows 7 on Home PC After Malware infected it?

I have Dell PC running Windows 7 Ultimate usually I used to play games on it. Couple of days ago it got infected by malware and when I web browser, suspicious websites opens up (Crypto) and some times it open 18 + websites on my PC. In addition I also experience performance issues sometime freezing and crashing while playing old games. I need suggestions regarding how to clean my Windows or I should reinstall it?

What is the exact 7-character "service tag" number on your Dell?

Does it still have all of its original hardware, or has some hardware been added to it or upgraded?

Do you have Windows 7 install media for it, and does it include Service Pack 1?

    Hi

depending on which route you want to take

keep and clean --- shootover to BleepingComputers and follow the instructions here
Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Help

Reinstall - if your running W7 Pro a Dell Iso can be found at Heidoc

    note
if there is a Crypto program on your system, therfor its likely mining which is causing your performance problems
