I've been using Microsoft Security Essentials since the beta, and I really like it. Its fast and has a small foot print

Norton Internet Security 2010 and working great. Was given this by a friend. When it runs out I'll be going back to Avast.
Ohhhh yes, To each his own opinion. What ever you use, If you have to take your system to a Computer repair shop due to a Virus, Then find a better AV. FREE or Buy type.
Ea Pirate to his own Ship and type of Sail.
Least we argue over nothing.
Hi,
I am also in the favor of avast because i am using this one very easily.
I am using AVG 9.0, paid version, no problems so far
K7 Computing antivirus software is also compatible with Windows 7 operating system as seen on the Microsoft web site. It is also very fast and resource light with excellent in the wild virus detection rates.

Avast Antivirus + Comodo Firewall = Ultimate Protection!
For paid security, I'd go with Kaspersky Internet Security, but it ends up being quite expensive for what you can get for free.
Using Bitdefender AV 2010 here, only minor update issues, ptherwise just working fine!
Avast is the best antivirus software but Mcafee Virus Scan and AVG McAfee are compatibly better.
personally MSE with pc tools firewall plus and spyware terminator!
