It appears my Windows-7 Pro System is infected with this, whatever!
Is there any Forum Guidance on this infection?
I have always had MSE and WEB Root running, so I do not understand how I became infected.

When your computer gets a virus there is ONLY ONE way out of it. Simply reinstall Windows from scratch and your system will be clean, use your backups to keep your data and delete everything else. There is no other way to recover from a system compromise.
Those are antiviruses, trusting them in this day and age is questionable at best. They fail all the time, zero days, newest viruses than databases and bugs in them are common reasons for them to fail. You simply need other ways to keep security.
