Unknown Accounts

My system has 3 accounts: mine, my wife's and guest

When I right click a program icon, go to properties and then security, I see two Unknown Accounts.

Are these a problem?

I suspect they are the Guest account. I had turned the Guest Account Off and then On again, that's why there's two????

That's normal part of the OS. Nothing to worry about.
