Do you have the office 2010 beta installed? I think I remember avast doing that to me whenever I tried to scan something with it when I had a early office 2010 beta installed. Try uninstalling, reboot, and re installing avast.

    Hello shinsekidoll,

    Welcome to 7 Forums.

I ran into this myself. Update to the latest Avast fixed for me. Happened to me when I install Office 2012 Beta. The older avast didn't recognize Outlook 2010 apparently. No idea why it needed to.

    Hope this helps.

Office 2010 works great here, though I really haven't had time to delve into it much yet. This has been the only glitch so far.

I've never seen that one. But with the latest release I got 2 false positives 1 Gamejackel and 1 Any
DVD, they fixed it on the next update though
