Changing My user account to Built-in Admin

I've just been having a very large amount of permission problems in various programs, right now I'm having trouble compiling and running the temporary .exe's CodeBlocks makes, getting "permission denied" as an actual compiler error.

So what I'd like to do, and I'm not sure if its possible, is activate the built in full power administrator, which I know how to do, and then rename it to my current account name, or make it so where they merge. I don't really want to have to set all my folders up and such (especially with programs like itunes, which will go off the file path of the username)

    ~Thanks
