Windows 7: Hijack.Display Properties

Hijack.Display Properties

I have just run MalwareBytes for the first time, and it came up with one warning, Hijack.DisplayProperties (screenshot below).
I wanted to check what it meant before blindly removing it. After some searches, the only information I could find was that it was somehow related to 64-bit Windows Vista.
Is this correct, and/or is it anything to worry about. The PC is running Windows 7 Home Premium 64.

It's nothing to worry about. Just a simple registry edit from a 1 to a zero, you can go ahead and change it yourself from the specified reg key manually, or let mbam do it by "remove it". Just a false positive with mbam.

Not sure if anyone has posted on this tool (or similar tools) yet, but security Exploded makes incredible tools, especially Anti Rootkit tools and Root kit detection tools, so I was happy to learn about this: rmhsCBMIJnA
