Try booting into safe mode, take ownership of the file then copy it back to your flash drive...
Exactly what I was going to say. :)

    1. Safe mode - to unlock any locks it might have
    2. Take ownership
    3. Change permissions to ensure that the owner (now you) has all
    4. Run attrib

Lastly: If this fails, run checkdisk on the drive and repeat.

    Good Luck!

Ha! Safe Mode let me do whatever I wanted with it. I cannot believe that it never occurred to me (nor would it have) to try that. Thanks so much Tews :) And thanks to everyone else as well
