    This time when I upgraded from previous version, I get forbidden error. I had to uninstall the older version to install the new one.

    Did it not allow you to upgrade the program, or it's just displayed on the main window of the program? Might look at thread on the Avast forum, linked in the first post of this thread. Most others have had it with this build too. If you're meaning this -

    with me, it allowed me to install ok but on restart (this is in XPM) it came up with the error.
