Can I config. win firewall to be unpingable ?

My former firewall ZA made my computer unpingable but windows firewall
makes pinging possible.
Can I config. win firewall to be unpingable ?

Hi, ddinc.

Testing at both GRC Shields Up and SecurityMetrics with Windows 7 Firewall shows stealth mode -- with the firewall "out of the box" and no adjustments made.

Have you changed the settings on the firewall?

I'm pretty sure that out of the box it's unpingable. I believe that it is when you are on a domain...because I wanted mine pingable and had to hunt out the location where to make the change.

same here....almost...with GRC all ports are stealth but there is a notice that I am pingable
