    Hard disk security Settings

    Hello all....
well earlyer today i wanted to restric the acess of the drives on the other user accounts on my computer, so i changed the local disk C security settings and denyed acess for the user's thinking this wouldnt affect me as an admin or you know the whole other admin account "netuser adminitrator" but no such luck.. the only thing i can access is my documents pictures etc but its read only.

what the hell can i do?
Ive tried taking owner ships with cmds and a reg file i downloded said sucess but still got the friendly C access is denied!

system restore is a no go either
