Windows 7: Default UAC level adequate for most users ?

Windows 7 Ultimate X64 SP1

default is fine for me, its nice not being asked several times if i want to do something (for instance with Vista copying files from a "protected area" to a "user area" came up with you need to be elevated, then a UAC prompt, then a confirm action dialog, with 7 you get the elevation prompt, Windows knows its you, and gets on with it) its no more annoying than being asked if your sure you want to close an application

Windows 7 baby ! : D

yea, well I just turned mine up yesterday to the max, It shouldn't bother me. When I used Vista, UAC was never much of a bothersome, contrary to what a lot of people said regarding UAC. However being well protected is important in my opinion !

Just bought a new headset yesterday and after testing to make sure it worked I put it away. I went to use it today and no one could hear me over Ventrillo. My microphone level was set at 0 (which may be by default) and I had to set it to 100 to get a decent sound level . Basically I want to know...
