    * Native 64-bit (scans full 64-bit and 32-bit registry and file systems)
    * Resolved rare crash in 64-bit UPX libraries

    Better? Who knows, but it's a pretty solid program, updates often, and even the free version has a lot more options than MBAM does. IMO, MBAM free and paid has very rudimentary settings to it. Both are decent though.

    I'd say it's a little better than MBAM is, simply for the reasons above, if you want my opinion.

    Couldn't tell you that. I'm not running MSE, I'm running Avast 5, and I don't have the paid version of SAS with RT protection.

    I just use it as a manual scanner from time to time.

    It would probably work fine though. Even though it would be classified as an antispyware program and not a full AV, any Real Time shield (if you're paying for it) acts just like an AntiVirus programs real time shields do. So always a possibility of some minor conflict.
