I dont know if anyone refferred BitDefender to you, it has everything you are looking for, 32 and 64 bit, phising and everything you mentioned in all of your posts and it has updates and everything Compare BitDefender Products I reccomend the Bitdefender Total Security 2010 it will meet all of your needs. I also used it for 6 months and its great, but I decided to go with MSE + Malwarebytes + WindowsFirewall... my license still didnt expire but I just decided to switch.... so yea try Bitdefender Total Security 2010 or MSE+Malwarebytes...

i found this on avast forums
    Kaspersky 2010 vs avast 5.0
look at "kaspersky pretty good, but it makes your computer become slow, especially on low end system
norton 2009/2010 is very lighweight, both of them is not free
Now i stick with avast, its very fast even on low end system, best of all its free"

It has its own x64 version and 32 bit version... and no it dosent upgrade from on years version to another... no AV does that... but yea Bitdefender 2010 seems to meet most of your needs... lol you expect a AV to have everything... lol most AVs are good for nothing but just look pretty but if you are a carefull user you wont have to worry about anything.

MSE has everything you need - parental controls are useless and can be cracked in 5 min, I doubt anyone uses identity apps in suites, and the rest MSE provides.

You are 100% correct. Just now I contacted BitDefender Customer Care. I asked the same questions :
    Hello,
After reading some great reviews of your product, I got inclined to buy it. However I have got three question before purchasing it :
¤ Does your product have a native x64 client? I mean not compatible but native x64 compilation? I run Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit.
¤ How does the upgrade takes place say from version 2009 to 2010? Automatic or manual uninsuallation then reinstallation?
¤ Does it integrate with kernel to with kernel patch guard ?
    Thats All
    Lets wait for their reply.
