    Been playing with this issue since the time of the first post... My findings with dialup showed totally protected on all counts using GRC.. With wireless it wasn't bad but by all means my firewall needs to be adjusted... The router in question is a cross the street from me... GL

    It should be adjusted to fully stealth all of your ports. Pay particular attention to netbios.

    Each router brand has its own firewall set up here is mine. Note that I have unchecked netbios both outbound and inbound and I have checked stealth mode.
