    Clean NOT delete


    How to Clean Infected Files With Trojan Without Deleting Them?

    run a full scan with your A/V program, it should clean the virus...

    No good idea,AV DELETE the files. Any other suggestion?

    If it deletes, it means it cant clean. No other way to save the file. Try any other AV.

    If it deletes, it means it cant clean.
    so either ....
    1.let it clean and hope its not a system file
    2.keep the setting to not remove/clean incurable detections...mighty risky though and scan with other on demand scanners before deleting it
    3.Always keep a clean,working image backed up on an external hdd for the day when lightening strikes ....be it infection/bad update/botched software installation etc
