AV or Internet Security Suite ?

its a nice topic.. but what could be better..
the "internet security" or "anti virus"?
i was using the anti virus.. but some people tried to hack my pc.. so i went on internet security, as far as i know.. its safer and block the worms..

I use both, with freeware products:

I have Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE - Microsoft Security Essentials | Protect against viruses, spyware, and other malware ) and IOBit360 - Security 360 | Free Anti-Malware | Free Trojan Remover with the "Passive Defense" turned on (Tools > Passive Defense).

I also use WinPatrol to alert me to any changes that are attempted on the system (BillP Studios Download Page)

(What you use is really a matter of preference in most cases. You will find a lot of discussion here about what is better/best.)

but what is the best protection program from "hackers"?
because there is someone want to hack me.. the "kaspersky internet security" is detecting the worm, but its not blocking the hacker.. what u suggest for me?

There is no best, though the best suites are Kasper and Norton, as of right now though i am using Avira 10 Prem Suite ..GUI is slow but i like it, I'm not into suites but meh i'm just trying it :P...you could go with a combo though like an ex:

Comodo Firewall
Malwarebytes
Superantispyware.
oh and yes Winpatrol.

I use one of those AV's with those others and never had any problems nor infected.

i have it now.. but it stopped work today.. and dont know exactly how.. but i must replace it..

i'll try your way.. i think that one should help to get rid of viruses and stuffs.. :S

I think that the other programs I suggested, plus a good router with an included filter/firewall should be a good start.

My Linksys router allows me to set the wireless portion up so that only specific MAC addresses are allowed. (True, a MAC address can be spoofed, but that would require that they know the allowed ones.) Another idea is to set the router to not allow dynamic addresses (DHCP) and set it and the machines to fixed IP addresses.

It goes without saying that the router should have its SSID changed from the default and hidden and that it should require a strong password, like NFw2cDISsysSKR (No Freaking Way to see this system sucker) or some such.
