honestly? if your a home user there is no point... you have to install programs as an administrator anyway, and the default administrator account which was created when you installed windows (or bought it and switched it on) runs as a standard user unless admin rights are needed anyway, thats the point of User Account Control,
basically you will not be any more secure, you'll just have the aggro of having to remember to "run as admin" every time you want to install something, among other things
on the other hand, not giving everyone who uses your pc admin rights is a very good idea, i personally work on the theory that if anyone really needs to use admin that badly they can ask me to input my password, at least i have control over what goes onto my PC (try having a girlfriend who thinks malware is a wardrobe malfunction... im actually not kidding)
Your question is a bit unclear.
If you are referring to windows, you can't "uninstall" admin privileges.
What you can do is create a user account with diminished privileges.
You could use that account for every day work, and the admin account in case you want to un/install something or change system settings.
What ever you do, do NOT delete the admin account, because you wouldn't be able to change anything anymore.
