all uac settings are enabled and i have chosen to prompt for credentials the administrator account is on
the problem is that the uac is asking for the windows administrator password and the current user(administrator also) password

Hello Eliejtawill,
UAC is basically giving you a choice of which administrator account you want to enter the password for to allow the action that gave you the UAC prompt. This is normal when you have more than one administrator account that is password protected on the computer.

Thank you Brick for the clarification but what i have an MSSQL on this computer and if i create a standard user the MSSQL won't run so i have created an administrator account in order to make MSSQL run and i did not put password on it because i already have setup a password on the administrator and i only wants it to ask for the original administrator password is it possible to make this happen?
and thank u again for your replies :)

It's not possible as far as I know.
When a user gets an UAC prompt, they will always be able to have the option to enter the password of any administrator account on the computer.
If one of your administrator accounts does not have a password then the user could just select that administrator account and press enter without entering a password to allow whatever they wanted to run/open elevated to run/open.

And that's what i don't want to happen i don't want the user to take the permission of the administrator that has no password i hope someone can help

Well, could create a password for the administrator account to prevent that.
