hi all i need a parental control for my kids, the thing is i have multiple computers and want to find the software that doesnt allow them just to sign off 1 computer and go on the other. i want it all centralised has anyone come across this at all.

You would need a proxy to do that, such that all internet traffic in the house flows through it.

You have the built in parental controls for the actual pc's built into win7. if ou are using a router for internet access for all machines - set up an account with OpenDNS and use that to set the site filters you need in the router - instructions are on the site - you can use their pre-set groups to control general access and then add white-lists and or black-lists for specifics.
